Coire Dubh Integral - Hot Laps

A few winters I go I was frequently climbing the route Coire Dubh Integral (5.7 WI3) on Loder Peak near Exshaw, Alberta. On one of these occasions, I decided to throw on a helmet cam and capture some of the route. Sadly, the helmet cam ran out of storage after the first short section of technical rock. To the best of my knowledge, this would likely be the fastest time on the route at 2hrs 12min car-to-car, completed without using a bike to get back to your vehicle (thankfully the Scarpa Ribelle Tech boots double as half decent running shoes). Climbing solo always speeds things up a fair bit as no time is lost due to stopping, however the route was also in excellent shape during this outing with all the rock being fairly dry. This is certainly a classic mini-alpine route in the Rockies with some relatively low technical difficulty being presented on generally very good rock. Enjoy!
